Enquiry privacy
Your question. The context needed to answer it.
How the website enquiry process works and how to contact us about your information.
What an enquiry contains
The enquiry sheet asks for your name, email address, sector and nature of interest. Company and message are optional.
The request also includes the page and enquiry action you used, any selected case study, and campaign labels when present in the page link. This helps us understand where your question started. We do not include the full page query string in the enquiry.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet, and an email alert is sent to info@chimera.vision. Google Workspace supports this enquiry process; Netlify hosts the website and its submission endpoint.
We use the details to review your question, understand the requested demonstration or project, and respond. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a calendar appointment.
Enquiry protection
The form validates submissions and uses request identifiers to avoid duplicate requests during retries. It also uses a temporary, keyed identifier derived from the connection IP address to limit repeated submissions. The raw IP address is not sent to the response sheet.
The form does not provide public access to responses. Please keep credentials, confidential imagery and sensitive project files out of the initial message.
Field imagery and questions
If your enquiry develops into a project, discuss image access, storage, retention and any sharing with the team before supplying private files. Local imagery processing does not mean every business record is stored only on a local device.
For questions about an enquiry, or to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, email info@chimera.vision.
